LSG's Integrated Learning Methodology

To remain competitive within current global market dynamics, organizations increasingly rely on continuous workforce development strategies to enable them to achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. The Learning Strategies Group’s Integrated Learning Methodology (ILM) represents an end-to-end orientation that we bring to all of our strategic learning solutions and client engagements.

The Learning Strategies Group utilizes the ILM as a unifying framework for developing, designing and implementing strategic learning solutions by which we ensure that all solutions are integrated and aligned to each organization’s people, processes and business objectives.

The ILM represents a common language by which we promote and support collaborative activities between LSG and our client teams. It enables us to:

  • Manage Complexity – provides clarity across the life cycle of a strategic learning solution
  • Outline a Phased Approach – provides the benefit of modularity whereby each distinct phase informs subsequent phases to provide optimal value to the organization
  • Manage Scale – provides a shared understanding of the scope of the strategic learning solution to ensure that flexibility and responsiveness are integrated effectively into all of our projects and programs
