

At the Learning Strategies Group, we believe that coaching and facilitated problem‐solving represents an effective strategy for building individual performance improvement and capacity in areas that directly affect the organization's strategy and business objectives. Our one‐on‐one coaching and facilitated problem‐solving solutions focus on helping executives and senior leaders articulate business challenges and explore the implications of their thinking for the organization's current state against its particular business strategies and objectives.
In our team coaching engagements, our approach recognizes that much learning at work goes on with and through other people. In collaboration with clients, the Learning Strategies Group can aid teams in adopting deliberate team development strategies. Individuals learn a range of capabilities that can be used in the team and transferred to other facets of the organization.
Team coaching may also be effective as a vehicle for guided exploration and to facilitate implementation of action learning ideas and projects that a team originally began work on within the scope of an LSG management development program.
