Approach

In our experience, the design of optimal learning solutions involves collaborating with those individuals most involved in leading change in their organizations or communities through engaging them in a participatory design. We have extensive experience in designing delivery options that layer into existing organizational programs, incorporate local partner institutions or include organizational subject matter experts. We are proud of our ability to be responsive to our clients’ needs through our flexibility in being able to offer multiple delivery options for any of our programs

  • Face-to-Facewe believe that learning is a social process that is enhanced by face‐to‐face opportunities for open dialogue with peers, colleagues and Simon Fraser University’s world class faculty and are able to deliver our programs at our executive learning facilities or on site in any our client’s facilities globally
  • Virtual – we are able to extend face‐to‐face offerings through utilizing a number of integrated online and webcast technologies that enable use to featuring live video feeds, discussion boards, learning community sites or live chat/questions and answers from any location via Polycom, the Internet or phone
  • Blended – we are able to blend face‐to‐face and virtual delivery options to enable participants to manage their learning around busy schedules and accomplish this through the designing flexible learning options which feature synchronous and asynchronous learning platforms
  • Translation – we are able to support all of our programs for multiple languages through the use of simultaneous translation
