Research Overview: Agenda and Themes
The CCGRM has a mandate to pursue the most current issues in corporate governance and risk management. The CCGRM is aware of the depth of scholarly and professional work in both fields of corporate governance and risk management. As a result, the CCGRM will focus on the strategic aspects and juxtaposition of corporate governance and risk management. Current research themes are: strategic and reputational risk, EESG risk (ethical, environmental, social and governance), international dimensions of governance and IT (information technology) risk and governance.
CCGRM Working Paper Series
The CCGRM will collect and web-published a series of scholarly works on current issues in corporate governance and risk management. The CCGRM Working Paper series presently makes available current research from SFU Faculty and will also include the research of CCGRM Visiting Fellows, guest academics, professionals and graduate students.
Corporate Governance and Risk Management Studies and Surveys
The CCGRM provides access to and analysis of leading surveys and studies in the field of corporate governance and risk management. The CCGRM website will feature empirical studies and surveys on corporate governance and risk management conducted either by SFU Faculty, other academic institutions or professional organizations. The CCGRM Corporate Governance Briefs series will also provide descriptive and analytical coverage of these surveys and studies.
